• Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, or two works each not less than 50%, or one work not less than 80%
• Average annual financial turnover of at least 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during the last three consecutive financial years
• Similar work defined as special structural repairs using construction chemicals along with micro concrete for RCC buildings/structures
