Who can win it

• At least 2 years of past experience providing similar repair services to a Central or State Government organisation or public sector unit
• Bidder turnover as required by the bid; Micro and Small Enterprises and DPIIT-registered startups may be exempt if they upload supporting documents
• Bidders from countries sharing a land border with India must be registered with the Competent Authority
