The contract covers design, supply, installation and commissioning of solar photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps and a demonstration hydrogen installation. It is divided into three parts: private buildings, public buildings, and a hydrogen installation at a water treatment plant in Lubzina. The hydrogen installation must store enough hydrogen to produce at least 1.0 MWh of electricity.
