The contract covers management and engineering supervision of the design and construction of new railway lines 623 and 628 on the Fornale–Szczyrzyc and Porąbka–Stróża sections, including environmental and nature supervision. It includes an optional extension of up to 12 months. The contract is for a full Engineer's team under a construction contract.
