Design, construction and commissioning of biomass boiler houses, heat networks, cogeneration, heat storage of 3.5 MWh, photovoltaic installations and energy storage on public buildings in Wieniawa and Sokolniki Mokre. The contract is divided into three parts covering biomass and solar works. Award is based on lowest price and technical criteria.
