• Bidder or its OEM must have supplied same or similar products for 40% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years to a Central/State Government organisation or PSU
• Bidder or its OEM must have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar products to a Central/State Government organisation or PSU for 3 financial years
• Bidder must have a 4-star rating on GeM and must not have been suspended on GeM in the last two years
