The Ministry for Demography, Family and Social Affairs is buying staple foods for 2027 under the ESS+ programme to reduce material deprivation in Slovenia. The contract covers flour, egg pasta, rice, milk, sunflower oil, canned beans, canned peeled tomatoes, jam, sterilised chicken stew and polenta, delivered to beneficiaries' warehouses. It is a recurring supply contract awarded by lowest price per kilogram or litre, with extra points for certified quality and environmental management.
