Solicita-se a abertura de Chamamento Público para credenciamento de instituições habilitadas a operar o Microcrédito Produtivo Orientado (MPO), nos termos da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021, com fundamento no art. 78. A contratação visa viabilizar a execução do Programa Municipal “Juro Zero”, instituído pela Lei nº 9.271/2025 e regulamentado pelo Decreto nº 112/2025, permitindo a atuação de agentes financeiros na concessão de crédito a MEIs, MEs e Agroindústrias locais. Dessa forma, a contratação é necessária para a operacionalização do programa, razão pela qual se justifica o prosseguimento do feito.
