The City of Charleroi is appointing a real estate agency to market and assist in the sale of two administrative office complexes: Complexe Défi in Jumet (estimated at 2,450,000 EUR) and Complexe Hélios in Charleroi (estimated at 1,440,000 EUR). The agency will handle advertising, organise visits, obtain offers and negotiate, while the City conducts the auction and selects the buyer. The contract is a result-based service covering marketing and assistance until the notarial deed is signed.
