Selection of a financial intermediary to implement an education loan instrument for small and medium-sized enterprises and local government units in Mazovia.
The Mazovian Development Agency is selecting a financial intermediary to implement the 'Education Loan for SMEs/JSTs' financial instrument. The intermediary will grant individual loans to final beneficiaries, funded by the Mazovian Voivodeship Trust Fund and the intermediary's own contribution, to increase access to childcare places, school facilities, or upgrade existing institutions in the Mazowieckie region. The loans support infrastructure investments (renovation, modernisation, expansion, equipment purchase) excluding real estate acquisition, and can finance the required own contribution for projects that received EU funding.
