NATO plans to buy a commercial off-the-shelf software solution for its Lessons Learned Toolset, replacing the current portal. The contract covers licences, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, data migration, security accreditation support, documentation and training. A separate indefinite delivery contract for integration services may be awarded to the same winning bidder.
Who can win it
- Must maintain a professionally active facility in the United States
- Must hold a current Facility Security Clearance at SECRET or higher
- Must be pre-approved for NATO Competitive Procurement and issued a Declaration of Eligibility
