The Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is buying 10,000 litres of Euro 5 diesel fuel, delivered by the supplier's tanker into the buyer's tank at 12/2 Mykhaila Hrushevskoho Street, Kyiv. The fuel must meet DSTU 7688:2015, with sulphur no more than 10 mg/kg and cetane number at least 49. The price includes delivery, permits, excise and VAT.
