The institutions and organisations in England, Scotland and Wales, who are members (present and subsequent) of the consortia within the UK Universities Purchasing Consortia group (UKUPC), will be able to access the geographically relevant lots on the Framework Agreement. The members of the following UKUPC Consortia will have immediate access: Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges www.apuc-scot.ac.uk, North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium www.neupc.procureweb.ac.uk ; North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium www.nwupc.ac.uk ; Higher Education Purchasing Consortium Wales www.hepcw.ac.uk ; Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium www.supc.ac.uk. The remaining members of the other regional consortia within UKUPC (London Universities Purchasing Consortium www.lupc.ac.uk) may join this Framework Agreement at a later date in line with the text in the Prequalification documentation contracts.
