The contractor must provide 24/7 staffing, case management, employment assistance, medical and food services, security, and life/safety compliance under a performance-based contract.
Who can win it
- Facility Director must have a four-year degree in social or behavioral science, two years related work experience, and two years supervisory experience
- Case Manager must have a four-year degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science and at least one year experience in human services, corrections, or community-based services
- Employment Placement Specialist must have one year of work experience in guidance, counseling, or job placement, or a specialized degree or certification
