The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rock Island District intends to modify an existing firm-fixed-price contract with Ashbritt, Inc. to extend the ordering period and add emergency capacity for rapid-response debris management under FEMA mission assignments. Services include deploying labor and equipment and starting debris reduction and disposal within 24 hours across the South Atlantic Division. The existing contract expires November 9, 2026, and a competitive follow-on is anticipated in 2027.
