The U.S. Treasury Office of Technical Assistance recruits individuals as personal services contractors to advise developing and transitional governments on public financial management. Assignments are worldwide, either resident long-term or intermittent short-term, covering budget formulation, execution, treasury management, accounting and internal audit. Starting hourly rate is $81.11 to $100.38.
Who can win it
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, finance, public administration or related field
- At least five years of senior-level experience, preferably in state, county or large municipal government
- Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain State Department medical clearance and Secret security clearance
