US Commerce invoice-system change for existing contractors, starting October 2026
The Department of Commerce is moving several bureaus and offices to the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform for submitting and paying invoices, beginning October 2026. Existing contracts will first follow the Invoice Processing Platform-Alternate I clause, then the Invoice Processing Platform clause after transition. The platform is provided at no charge.
