The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division will hold a pre-solicitation conference on its FY27 requirement for Columbia Class BST-1 Electrical Hull Penetrators and Transmitter Cable Assemblies. The contractor will fabricate, manufacture, assemble, preserve, inspect, test, certify and ship the penetrators and package and ship material to NSWCPD. The event is informational only and does not constitute a request for proposals.
