Sole-source wireless network installation and support for MSC ships, for the incumbent only

This is a sole-source follow-on contract to install, refresh and support the Civilian Mariner Wireless Network on MSC ships. It covers installation on forty-eight new ships, technology refresh on thirty-five existing vessels, and operational support afloat on eighty-three ships and ashore at a government facility and cloud environments. The contract is justified for the incumbent because switching would cause substantial cost duplication and at least an eighteen-month delay.
