The U.S. Army Redstone Test Center seeks leased U.S.-flagged, U.S.-crewed vessels to carry MOSAIC instrumentation containers and equipment and support Broad Ocean Area missile test missions, mostly in remote Pacific Ocean areas. Up to three vessels may be activated by written task order over a period of no more than 36 months, with performance anticipated to start around December 2026.
Who can win it
- Vessels must be U.S.-flagged and documented, with coastwise endorsement where coastwise trade rules apply
- Vessels must be continuously maintained in class with a recognized classification society
- Crew must be U.S. citizens meeting credentialing, licensing, medical fitness, training and manning requirements
