The Hesse state office for land management and geoinformation needs an IT service provider to provide and operate the infrastructure for the Hesse geoportal, the central access point for state geodata. The software is fixed and based on open-source components such as Linux, Mapbender, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, MapServer, Django and MediaWiki. The environment must be ready by 31 December 2026 under an EVB-IT contract.
