The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking bulk road salt and ice melt for the Central Western Massachusetts VA Medical Center for the 2026-2027 winter season. The salt must be 98% sodium chloride, and the ice melt must contain calcium chloride with CMA and no more than 4% moisture. Delivery is to 421 North Main Street, Leeds, MA, with an initial 40 tons before November 1 and up to 200 additional tons between November 15 and April 30, 2027.
