You work on the portal under your own login. In Chile, the client adds you as a named user on its account on Mercado Público: you prepare, upload and, on the client's written go-ahead, submit under your own login.

The client keeps its own login, the administrator role and every signature only it may give. You never use its credentials.

Accept. Accept within 4 hours and confirm you have no conflict. The client sees your firm’s name and shares what you need.
Do the work. Ask the client for anything missing, right on the job. Sign under your own name and registration, and upload.
Checked. askTender checks every deliverable against the tender before the client sees it. If something’s off, you hear exactly what.

Rules we follow in Chile

Contador / contador auditor (accountant). Signs financial statements only as their own professional act; must not use the client's Clave Tributaria or ClaveÚnica. Use SII Mandatario Digital and Mi DT representative roles instead.
Abogado (Chilean lawyer). Signs filings under their own identity or a written poder. A poder granted abroad must be apostilled or legalised for SII use. Chilean bar rules on fee-sharing with non-lawyers were not verified here.
Notario público (Chile) and the home-country notary or apostille…. Notarial acts need the signatory in person (or the notary's own e-signature process). A notary cannot sign for the client.
Bank (boleta de garantía bancaria, vale vista), insurer (póliza de…. The instrument is contracted by and issued in the name of the bidder. A broker partner can arrange it but cannot be the applicant.
Accredited e-signature provider (Prestador de Servicios de…. The FEA is personal to the signer. Neither askTender nor a partner may hold or use it.
Bid consultant / bid writer (asesor de licitaciones). Mercado Público accounts are personal and non-transferable, so the bid writer uses their own ClaveÚnica user. Supplying false information makes the supplier inhábil. Must not serve two competing bidders in the same process.
