How filing works in France

You work on the portal under your own login. In France, the client adds you as a named user on its account on PLACE and the buyers' platforms: you prepare, upload and, on the client's written go-ahead, submit under your own login (we confirm this with the portal before your first bid).

The client keeps its own login, the administrator role and every signature only it may give. You never use its credentials.
