Tender work in Uruguay. Signed by you.

Companies bidding on Uruguay’s public tenders need registrations, certificates and attested documents that only a licensed professional may do, and a bid prepared to the last page. As an askTender Partner, that work comes to you as priced job offers, done under your own name and registration.

How filing works in Uruguay

The company presses submit. You do the rest. In Uruguay, RUPE and SICE have a single supplier login with a second factor. You don't file on the portal: you do the registrations, certificates and attested documents in your own name, prepare the bid, and can guide the client through the submission.

Guided filing sessions are paid work too: you sit with the client’s signatory, file by file, until the receipt is saved. Nobody ever uses the client’s login or signature.
