How filing works in Cyprus

The company presses submit. You do the rest. In Cyprus, the account belongs to the company and extra named users aren't confirmed. You don't file on the portal: you do the registrations, certificates and attested documents in your own name, prepare the bid, and can guide the client through the submission.

Guided filing sessions are paid work too: you sit with the client’s signatory, file by file, until the receipt is saved. Nobody ever uses the client’s login or signature.

How work reaches you

Offer. A client’s bid needs work only your profession may do. You get the requirement, the tender’s format, the deadline and your fee.
Accept. Accept within 4 hours and confirm you have no conflict. The client sees your firm’s name and shares what you need.
Do the work. Ask the client for anything missing, right on the job. Sign under your own name and registration, and upload.
