How filing works in Israel

The company presses submit. You do the rest. In Israel, the bid must carry the bidder's own e-signature. You don't file on the portal: you do the registrations, certificates and attested documents in your own name, prepare the bid, and can guide the client through the submission.

Guided filing sessions are paid work too: you sit with the client’s signatory, file by file, until the receipt is saved. Nobody ever uses the client’s login or signature.

How work reaches you

Offer. A client’s bid needs work only your profession may do. You get the requirement, the tender’s format, the deadline and your fee.
Accept. Accept within 4 hours and confirm you have no conflict. The client sees your firm’s name and shares what you need.
Do the work. Ask the client for anything missing, right on the job. Sign under your own name and registration, and upload.
Checked. askTender checks every deliverable against the tender before the client sees it. If something’s off, you hear exactly what.
Paid. The client approves, it goes into their bid, and your fee is released.

Rules we follow in Israel

Certified public accountant (ro'eh heshbon) / licensed tax adviser. Certifications are given under the CPA's own licence and professional liability; the CPA must not certify facts it has not verified.
Advocate (member of the Israel Bar Association). Bar ethics rules restrict sharing legal fees with non-lawyers and soliciting clients; askTender refers and charges only its own fee (rule text not re-verified, see notes).
Israeli notary (notarion). Notary fees are fixed by regulation.
Israeli bank or licensed insurance company. Whether foreign-bank guarantees are accepted is tender-specific (not verified).
Tender consultant (yo'etz michrazim). Electronic bids must be signed with the bidder's secure/certified electronic signature; the consultant never holds the client's signature card.
