How work reaches you

Offer. A client’s bid needs work only your profession may do. You get the requirement, the tender’s format, the deadline and your fee.
Accept. Accept within 4 hours and confirm you have no conflict. The client sees your firm’s name and shares what you need.
Do the work. Ask the client for anything missing, right on the job. Sign under your own name and registration, and upload.

Rules we follow in Colombia

The revisor fiscal is appointed by the company's own shareholders and must be independent of management; an askTender partner can only sign as revisor fiscal if the client's assembly has appointed them. A contador signs only what they prepared or audited.
Abogado (tarjeta profesional) acting as apoderado. Ley 1123 de 2007 art. 30 no. 5 makes it a disciplinary fault for a lawyer to use intermediaries to obtain powers of attorney or to share fees with whoever recommended them, so askTender cannot take a cut of a lawyer's fee or be paid per referral.
