How filing works in Singapore

The company presses submit. You do the rest. In Singapore, the GeBIZ Authorised Representative must be someone who can represent the company. You don't file on the portal: you do the registrations, certificates and attested documents in your own name, prepare the bid, and can guide the client through the submission.

Guided filing sessions are paid work too: you sit with the client’s signatory, file by file, until the receipt is saved. Nobody ever uses the client’s login or signature.
