You work on the portal under your own login. In Poland, the client adds you as a named user on its account on e-Zamówienia: you prepare, upload and, on the client's written go-ahead, submit under your own login.

The client keeps its own login, the administrator role and every signature only it may give. You never use its credentials.

Rules we follow in Poland

Radca prawny (legal adviser, KIRP) or adwokat (advocate, NRA). Professional codes restrict advertising/solicitation and fee arrangements with non-lawyers; a platform should pay or refer lawyers on a fee-for-service basis without revenue-sharing until each chamber's rule is checked (not verified here). Conflict rules: one lawyer must not represent two competing bidders in the same procedure.
Notariusz. Fees capped by the regulation on maximum notarial fees; notaries act only in person / under their own signature and cannot be engaged through fee-sharing.
Tłumacz przysięgły (sworn translator, on the Minister of Justice list). Only translators entered on the Minister of Justice list may certify translations. The Pzp regulation itself only asks for a Polish translation; many SWZ ask for a sworn one.
Biegły rewident (statutory auditor) / doradca podatkowy (tax…. Audit opinions only by registered statutory auditors; tax representation requires an authorisation lodged with the tax authority.
