You work on the portal under your own login. In Kenya, the client adds you as a named user on its account on the e-GP system: you prepare, upload and, on the client's written go-ahead, submit under your own login (we confirm this with the portal before your first bid).

The client keeps its own login, the administrator role and every signature only it may give. You never use its credentials.

Advocates Act s.37 makes it an offence for an advocate to share professional earnings with a non-advocate; s.38 bars unqualified persons from procuring an advocate's employment for payment (touting); Advocates (Practice) Rules r.2 bars touting/advertising calculated to attract business unfairly. askTender may refer and charge its own platform fee, but must not take a cut of the advocate's fee.
Certified Public Accountant (ICPAK member); KRA-licensed tax agent. Acting as a tax agent requires a KRA licence (fee KES 20,000, recommendation by the Tax Agents Committee). The client's own iTax login is not shared; the agent acts through its own licence.
