How filing works in Spain

You work on the portal under your own login. In Spain, the client adds you as a named user on its account on PLACSP: you prepare, upload and, on the client's written go-ahead, submit under your own login.

The client keeps its own login, the administrator role and every signature only it may give. You never use its credentials.

Rules we follow in Spain

Abogado/a (member of a Colegio de la Abogacía). Court representation and recursos are lawyer work; general legal advice is not a statutory monopoly in Spain but should be routed to a lawyer. The 2019 Código Deontológico (art. 18) allows referral payments only if disclosed to the client (secondary source; verify with the Colegio). A lawyer cannot act for two competing bidders in the same tender (conflict of interest).
Notario/a. Notarial fees are regulated tariffs (arancel); notaries are public officials and cannot share fees or accept referral commissions.
Asesor fiscal / gestor administrativo / graduado social (colaborador…. Only acts through a registered apoderamiento (AEAT) or RED authorisation (TGSS) under the professional's own certificate; never with the client's certificate. Gestor administrativo and graduado social are colegiado professions with their own codes.
Auditor/a de cuentas (registered in the ROAC). Independence rules (Ley 22/2015 de Auditoría de Cuentas) bar the auditor of a client from also preparing its bid or providing prohibited non-audit services; keep audit and bid roles separate.
Traductor/a-Intérprete Jurado/a (appointed by the Ministry of…. Only translators on the MAEC list may produce traducciones juradas; the Ministry does not intermediate. Co-official language translations (Catalan, Basque, Galician) follow regional rules.

Bank (entidad de crédito), sociedad de garantía recíproca (SGR) or…. The guarantee must be signed by apoderados of the bank/insurer whose powers have been checked (bastanteo); the bidder is the obligor and signs the facility.
Consultor/a de licitaciones (tender consultant). Cannot sign as the bidder; the signer must be an apoderado of the bidder with their own certificate. PLACSP guidance warns not to lend certificates ('no se debe prestar el certificado electrónico').
