How filing works in Ukraine

You work on the portal under your own login. In Ukraine, the client adds you as a named user on its account on Prozorro: you prepare, upload and, on the client's written go-ahead, submit under your own login (we confirm this with the portal before your first bid).

The client keeps its own login, the administrator role and every signature only it may give. You never use its credentials.

Rules we follow in Ukraine

• Advocate (адвокат) or in-house/outside lawyer (юрист). Court representation is generally reserved to advocates; advocates' professional rules (Law on the Bar and Practice of Law, Rules of Advocates' Ethics) restrict fee sharing and solicitation — exact text not verified here because zakon.rada.gov.ua was unreachable.
• Tender specialist (тендерний супровід / фахівець з тендерів). Signs nothing for the client unless the client issues them a довіреність and they sign with their OWN KEP; never uses the client's director's key.
• Notary (нотаріус, state or private). Acts at the request of the signatory; cannot be instructed by a platform on the client's behalf.
• Bank (tender and performance guarantees). Credit product contracted by the client only.
