How filing works in Greece
You work on the portal under your own login. In Greece, the client adds you as a named user on its account on ESIDIS: you prepare, upload and, on the client's written go-ahead, submit under your own login (we confirm this with the portal before your first bid).
The client keeps its own login, the administrator role and every signature only it may give. You never use its credentials.

Rules we follow in Greece
- Δικηγόρος (lawyer registered with a Bar Association, Lawyers' Code…. Lawyers' ethics prohibit fee sharing with non-lawyers and paid client procurement (verify current Code of Conduct article). One lawyer must not act for competing bidders in the same procedure.
- Συμβολαιογράφος (notary). Regulated fees; public-office independence.
- Λογιστής-Φοροτεχνικός (licensed accountant-tax practitioner). Must act through authorisation mechanisms under own credentials; using a client's TAXISnet codes is not permitted for askTender partners.
- Ορκωτός Ελεγκτής Λογιστής (certified auditor, ΣΟΕΛ). Auditor independence.
- Bank, financial institution or insurer (EU/EEA/GPA), ΤΜΕΔΕ, or…. Only issuers operating in the EU, EEA or GPA states, ΤΜΕΔΕ or the Deposits and Loans Fund are accepted.
- Tender consultant (σύμβουλος διαγωνισμών). Cannot sign or log in as the bidder; ESIDIS access rights are granted per certified user by the Administrator.
