How work reaches you
A client’s bid needs a certificate in your country. You get the offer with the requirement, the tender’s format, the deadline and your fee.
Accept within 4 hours and confirm you have no conflict. The client sees your firm’s name and shares what you need.
Ask the client for anything missing, right on the job. Sign, add your UDIN or seal, and upload.
askTender checks every certificate against the tender before the client sees it. If something’s off, you hear exactly what.
The client approves, it goes into their bid, and your fee is released.
Why Partners join
Every job comes from a verified company’s live bid, priced and approved before it reaches you.
You set your fee within a range we share. askTender charges the client its own fee separately and never takes a share of yours.
No subscription, no commission, nothing to pay to receive work.
We check every certificate before the client sees it, so nothing incomplete goes out under your signature.
Jobs are due 3 working days before the tender closes. Rush work is marked and only offered if you take it.
You’re verified against your own professional register, and only receive work you’re licensed for.
Worldwide
Every country has its own page: the roles its tenders need under their local titles, the work the Desk sends each one, and the rules we follow there.
Apply
Takes two minutes. We confirm your registration with your professional body, then a short video call, and your Partner Desk opens.

Every country. 70 already have their own page listing the roles their tenders need and the work the Desk sends each one. You only receive work for tenders in the country where you’re licensed.
Clients and Partners talk through the job on askTender, so every request, document and change is recorded in one place.
You do, under your own name and registration. askTender checks it against the tender before it reaches the client, but the certificate is yours.
